I have done a number of shops for BES. They were one of the first companies I worked with when returning to mystery shopping a few years ago. I haven't worked with them since they changed their name and only had one short reprot on the new system. Overall, they seem fair. I haven't found them very easy to communicate with when trying to schedule a shop. I havent had the need to communicate with them after, so I don't know about that. They aren't a fast payer. However, the last three times I was paid by them, it was earlier, by weeks, than the stated pay date.
