Maritz requesting

Anyone know how long it takes to hear back when you request a shop from them? They have a bunch I'm interested in and I requested a few of them a week ago. All it says on the status page is "Not Scheduled" and most of the shop dates have started already. I have not yet done any shops for them so I can't self-assign.

It sometimes takes quite a while and in the interim a shopper who can self-assign can take the shops. I would call them and see if you can get someone on the phone who will assign the shops. You may have to take a few of their "dog" shops just to get your 10 in so you can self assign. It's so much easier after you can self assign. I hated having to get through 10 shops first.
Their site is weird. Getting started with them is weird. I just prefer to get on their automatic rotation thing because it's just so much easier. I agree that you should call. They seem to like the phone. I personally hate the phone. Leave me an email and I'll respond probably within 15 minutes. Leave me a voicemail and I might check it in three days.
I was told just yesterday.......... Always call them immediately after requesting the shop. (800) 782-4299. Their phone system is a bit confusing if you don't know what "team" does that shop, but if you just pick one and tell them what Brand, they can transfer you to the right team.

Silver certified, I shop in Cities in NM and TX that no one has ever heard of.
Yes I would definitely call them. If it's the gas station audits and you have never done tjem, you have to do one before you can do more and then they increase you.to 4 I think. After that as many as you want.
Until you can self assign I would suggest to put their number on speed dial and call when you want them. And plan ahead for weekends. I know its a pain but that would be the best way to get contracts until you can self assign.
