Anyone having trouble with Business Evaluation Services?

I'm having trouble receving payment. I have 3 shops sitting in my shop log as approved (they don't use SASSIE or Prophet, its their own software) and their required 40 days and come and gone, and one of the shops doesn't show the reimbursement I was supposed to receive.

I've did a contact via their website, no reply. I emailed today and was told to email and call someone else, and that email bounced, so I left a voicemail, but I'm not a happy shopper!

I so hate having to chase down payments.

I find it strange because shoppers I have known and trusted for quite some time are having mixed results--some are having to chase payments and some are having no payment issues at all. Strange. Sounds like disorganization rather than trouble in paradise to me.
I guess disorganization is better than the latter.

Still no call back. I was out today so I'm going to have to make another call tomorrow. *SIGH*
Susan-Has it been 40 "business days" from the approval of your shops? This can make a BIG difference in your payment date. It stinks, but that's the screwy way that they count. sad smiley

Yes, I made sure I counted "business days". It's been over 50. Someone finally got back to me today. I was told they will "look into it". I'm sure while they are "looking into it" I get magically paid via PayPal. I am told I am also going to receive the reimbursement, but without it being on my log, I don't have faith in that statement.
