Save your breath and write it off. They folded last fall owing me about $140 and overall owing shoppers about $22,000 if I recall correctly. No attorney will take a class action with that little possible revenue. Datatron was going to file bankruptcy in mid-Sept 2008 and I haven't followed up to see if they did it.
You can run a search feature on any shopping forum for the experiences of others with the Datatron debacle. I did talk with the CEO at the time of its demise and he was a pretty sad excuse for a human being. And yes, he appeared to be in cahoots with an 'old friend' over there, but my guess is that companies that want MS services will exercise caution about dealing with him or his associates in the future because they got burned as well. Just as a rule of thumb these days I am staying away from companies headquartered in Boca Raton and West Palm Beach.
