Plamont asks:
Interesting. When service personnel notice that you have a video camera don't they kick you out?
BOB'S reply:
In Sept. of 2011, I accepted a dental shop in Columbus, In., a round trip of 278 mls. and 4 1/2 hrs. on the road. My fee was to be $260 + a cleaning and X-rays, with an extensive written report. In addition, as the MSC didn't have a provision for uploading, it was necessary for me to burn and mail a disc. When my pay arrived, it was $130. The reason given was that the dentist noticed my gear, as she was but a few inches from my body. I realized there were only a few possibilities:
1-She did notice my equipment
2-She didn't, but the practice stated that claim.
3-The MSC was being deceitful.
I canceled a remaining shop for my son and decided, IF, I accepted such work in the future, it would only be on a local basis. That way, I would, at a minimum, profit from the cleaning.
