Shops Training and Service, aka STARS

Has anyone done any work for them? I am interested in length of time for payment. I did an apartment shop the first week of March and have not received payment as of today, 4/20. The job board shows payment pending, so I sent an email to the scheduler. I have not heard back from her yet and it has been 3 days.

Interested in your experiences.

Did you submit a payment voucher? I did a shop for them on April 4 and submitted my payment voucher on April 8th. I was told they paid 30 days after voucher was sent. I obviously have not been paid yet and will let you know if I am. My scheduler was really easy to work with and so was Colleen, the woman who works at the MSC. I had an issue trying to reach my contact and when I finally did, she made an appointment with me and then let me know that a different leasing agent would be happy to meet with me when I came for my appt. Luckily for me, it was all recorded on the phone call. Anyway, let me know how things work out and I will do the same!

Did you ever receive your payment?

I received my payment from Shops Training and Service (STARS) today. It was the correct fee plus bonus and the check arrived within 30 days of submitted payment voucher as promised. I just wanted to put in this update for others who may come across this company and want to make sure it is legit.
