Do you know anything about Turpin?

Hi all,

I just received an email from a certain James Knight from "Turpin Mystery Shopping" Company. They are calling for applications for part time or full time mystery shopping positions. All they asked me for in the email was to reply with my name, physical address and cell phone number, if I am interested. There was no mentioning of prepaid cheques or the like red flags that to me would spell "Scam".

Has anyone received similar emails? What do you guys think of this?

I think I did the right thing to check with you guys before I send back any details via email...the fact that they promised a payment of $450 per assignment sounded fishy to me.
