I completed a shop for them in the beginning of April, 2013. Unfortunately, I have sent many email, called everyday for 5 days and no one has responded to when I will be getting paid! I would love some experience from other shoppers. Thanks.
I am also waiting for my April payment. Their guidelines state that the checks will be sent out the last day of the following month. This means for shops completed in April the checks are supposed to be mailed out May 31. I just called and spoke to someone. She said that the checks were sent out June 3rd. She also said that if I do not receive it by Sauturday I should call again and they will look into it.

Here's the latest. Pizza shops required photos. In completing several some were declined and I was asked to call the company to resolve the issue. I was asked for additional information and noted that the shop was still in declined status. Calls were answered with vague responses and I was told they would look into it. I eventually received a call from a NEW associate who assured me the reports were accepted and requested I perform another. This shop was again declined and additional calls were met with the fact that they would look into the matter. To date they have posted the shops as unacceptable with no reason offered and I am out a substantial portion of money. I will be removing myself from their company immediately with no hope of getting paid.
