Trendsource Braved Black Friday...Employees sniff out customer service...

Trendsource sent out 3 employees to mystery shop on Black Friday! "We braved the cold and the crowds to bring you some insights into what’s going on in your favorite stores on Black Friday!"

Did you guys get this letter? They had 3 pretty good experiences on Black Friday!

My first was reaction was to the subject line, "Are we crazy?" After resisting the urge to respond, I read the "reports." My guess is any of those would have been rejectedsmiling smiley

Equal rights for others does not mean fewer rights for you. It's not pie.

Never try to teach a pig to sing. It's a waste of your time and it really annoys the pig.
I figured it was spam, and did not read on. Who cares if MSCs' employees worked or shopped? Doesn't put any green in my wallet!

What's next- they gonna tell us what their CEO had for Thanksgiving, and maybe show us photos of Trendy Junior's circumcision?
I'm with Trashman. I saw it and thought "who cares?" So MSC employees shopped on Black Friday, doesn't interest me at all and I didn't read it.
perhaps taking an interest in the little things like that would
cause them to offer you an ongoing route in the future if you
were more actively involved.

So many people don't see the bigger picture potential.

I had 4 shops scheduled for that day for other MSC and the service was no different than any other days. 2 failed badly and the other were ok but not great.

Routes or not, a series of underpaid shops still doesn't add up in my book. If each takes over two hours and you get $10, that is a whopping $5/hr pay rate, before gas expense. Kinda reminds me of the story of the guy who lost money on every unit he sold, but "made it up in volume."
Thanks but no thanks. That math doesn't add up to me.

Hi Lisa! I got the email but I didn't see any of the reports, can you tell me where to find them? When I click on the names I just get the bios.
