CORI Customer Service SUCKS

I have been trying all day to get in touch with someone and all I get is...You are 29 out of 29 auditors waiting for a representative. I've actually been pleased with the new staff since they switched over a few months ago but this is so frustrating! *vent over*

I was 23 out of 23 and only waited about a minute and a half! OBVIOUSLY something is awry with their system!
Same thing happened with me the other day. I was 22 of 22 or something, so I just ignored the window for 10 minutes, came back and the person had answered me like 8 minutes before.

At the moment only demons come to mind
Yeah, the second time around it said I was 20 out of 20 and within five minutes someone responded to me. The new schedulers seem to be more willing to work with you which is one of the many reasons why I love CORI!
