Service Intelligence E-Mail Issue

Does anyone else have a hard time opening emails from Service Intelligence?

I have a yahoo mail account and for some reason I can never get them to open on my computer. I occasionally use a public computer when I'm gone for a few hours to check my mail and they will sometimes open there, but they have really high speed there. Even then though they open maybe 50% of the time.

Anything like this happen to anyone else?

Yes, sorry to say. It's a common ailment. At one time, I was all fired up to switch from yahoo to gmail. But my fire fizzled. So far as I know, SI is my only problem company so I'll check their site for shops, and use their message center when needed.
No problem opening them. When it indicates it is a VOX message I just go directly to the site and check it there. But the routine shop reminders open well in Gmail.
I haven't experienced this personally. But they do like their message center... :-)

I wish they were emails they had in their message center. These are just like emails announcing fee increases or travel bonuses.
Wow. You get emails that announce fee increases from them? The only time I get those is at the end of the month when my scheduler sends a personal email to me begging me to take jobs I cannot take (Military base access needed, or on a different island than I live.) Other than that, I only find increases by checking their site.

Yes, here there are some hard to fill locations that in 2007 and before were bonused almost every month at least once or twice. In 2007 more than half of the grocery shops I did were 2X basic fee and occasionally they were 3X basic fee. Now they are hard to get even at just basic fee there are so many shoppers out there. The 2X fees were most often global emails to the area. The 3X were negotiated through VOX. The basic fee on their office supply place was a lot higher to start than with the current MSP that is doing the identical shop. It usually was negotiated through VOX to a significantly higher fee. The donut shops started higher than the MSP that got the contract and had Kern scheduling last year. Again, routes of them could be negotiated much higher through VOX. I find it amazing that SI pays fairly for expectations, continues to pay exactly when advertised and stays a good company to work with even while their clients move on to the lowest bidder and shoppers get raked.
They don't have much here. They have the practitioner stuff, the occasional pregnancy store, and 2 C-stores (revealed and unrevealed.) They used to have some FF but that hasn't shown for a long time.
