Don't think so. The MSP says no shops for HT for the remainder of this year. However, the MSP's one year anniversary with HT coincided with the shop stop.
Update from HT corporate: "Harris Teeter has discontinued the Mystery Shop Program. We have implemented our own program."

It's been shopped for so many years. My favorite grocery store, it's so nice. Alas, all good things must end. Wonder if the economy or ms reports resulted in termination
Maybe they brought it in house. Safeway employed shoppers as employees. One small local company does, too. You could enquire if they are hiring for that. :-)

It has surprised me that franchises and companies that have a large number of locations in areas don't do this more often, especially with narrative type reports. My guess is that because they feel they would have to treat us as employees it becomes uninteresting due to workman's comp, employer share FICA, and potential benefits. Bank Atlantic used to have their own SASSIE site and shopped themselves. A lot of companies that were formerly shopped now have phone surveys with prizes and discounts printed on their receipts.
I've been wondering if that ids what happened.
Guess Mert said it. All good things come to an end.
