I just wondered if any of you shoppers have shopped for Perception Strategies. The company assigns healthcare mystery shops in my area and thought it would be a good match being I've worked in the healthcare industry for many years.
There is a two step process to become accepted as a shopper. Step One is filling out a basic application. Step Two is getting assigned a phone call. You then have to write a detailed narrative about the phone call. When I called a local hospital, I was transferred three times before I was in contact with the correct person. I detailed this in my narrative and thought I had covered everything perfectly. Yet, I have not been accepted. This company seems to make one jump through hoops. Even though I've signed on with 30 - 40 MSC's, I have not found many in my area on the west side of Cleveland, Ohio.
