MF high end retail purchase and return...

Has anyone done one of these? Is it as easy as the gas station shops? It was listed at $35 and I thought it was too much work to go to the store twice in two days, but it just got posted at $50 now...

If you're referring to a shop that's not clothing, it's not. I haven't seen one of them listed in my area for a while, but if I did, I'd grab it myself!
I don't see anything here. If it were at my mall and paid $50 (I don't like P&R's) then I might consider driving back up there for that kind of money. smiling smiley
If it's the one of which I'm thinking, it's a high-end boutique, I think just in metropolitan areas.
I cannot stand P&R shops I feel like I'm doing two shops for what I could get for one, and I hate returning things lol!

I've also worked in high end retail and with little foot traffic we always remembered the customers who spend a a bit of time and then return the very next day!!!
The report is easy, but the shop is uncomfortable for me due to the high cost of their merchandise and then you have to return it like a doo doo. I prefer the one where you don't need to buy anything. Of course the fee is less, but sometimes bonused really nicely. The associates have been pleasant and mine were not at all snobbish. However I would not consider it a regular shop that could be repeated more than once a year. I think they remember their clientele. Actually, I haven't seen it around here in a long time, but I assume from your post that it's still shopped...very high end leather goods? I was shown a briefcase made of snakeskin or lizard or something that was worth a small fortune. It was nice, but really? It's also easy to get a business card. They usually hand them out without even asking.

I have done shops for a couple of shoe stores where I purchase and then a few hours later return them. It was close to home, so I didn't have a problem with them. They paid relatively well for the short time it took. At one store, I bought a pair of shoes, went and had dinner with my hubby, and then returned the shoes. That worked out quite well.
