Anyone else having trouble getting the schedulers to answer? I had an issue with a shop, contacted the Scheduler through the website like it says. Contacted her three times, nor only did she ignore me, but after my 3d attempt, they reposted my shop with a $15 bonus. After it was picked up she answered me that it wasn't signed to me!! What the heck is going on with their total lack of support?
I can beat that. I scheduled 2 lunch shops for them, and accidentally flipped the 2 locations on my calendar. I did the first, realized my mistake, and immediately emailed the scheduler. After the 4th email, someone there finally sent an "updated shops information " email- 4 days later. Unfortunately, he rescheduled the shop to the exact. same. day. I started emailing again. After 7 emails, I finally sent an email and said please, please respond. if I dont hear from someone by tomorrow morning, Im calling in and speaking to a supervisor and providing him/her with all my emails. 20 minutes later, I finally got a personal reply. never, ever, ever, in 7 years of shopping with them did I ever have trouble getting ahold of someone until they merged companies.

Just wanted to note that I had two shops for Beyond Hello today. First went flawlessly, second there was an issue not described in the guidelines. I completed the shop to the best of my ability and then went to the car and emailed the scheduler. I had a response in less than 10 minutes.

Wow lucky. I had applied for a shop and after 2 weeks and an email to a scheduler it never did get assigned to me and all the locations disappeared from the board..
Lucky that you weren't assigned. When a bunch of shops get posted and don't get assigned, and then they all disappear from the board,. it usually means they should not have been posted. Either they were posted too soon, there was an error in the posting, or they were cancelled. Be glad you weren't assigned. It's much worse to have a shop assigned and begin to plan a route using the shop, and then have it removed from your Log when it's cancelled.
Thanks @roflwofl I've never even heard of that happening. Although it wasn't part of a route, it was a fast food place 3 blocks down the street from my house which I happen to love so I was hoping to get it! I'll just have to watch for it next time, but that makes sense why I wasn't accepted and why they disappeared.
