Coyle Evaluator Login Sites

Hi all,

I'm new to this forum and fairly new to mystery shopping. I was recently accepted by Coyle as an evaluator but am confused about possible different sites to login to. I've read through a few recent topics on Coyle, and have noticed a mention of two different places to login - a main site and the Shopmetrics site. I've only ever logged in the Shopmetrics site, and I have no clue where to find this other site. I've seen somebody post that there are resources/training materials but I can't find them on the Shopmetrics site. Any advice on how to access this other site?

Edit: Much like asking somebody at the store where something is only to see it is right in front of you, I now see the resource center. However, my question still stands about the separate sites. Thank you!

Stick with the Shopmetrics site.

I have been told that all shops will soon be located there....and you may not have mistakenly missed the Resource Center on previous visits. The link was just made active today.

Everything will be going to ShopMetrics eventually - that is the best site for requesting evaluations. Some stragglers are left in the Coyle platform for the time being, but the majority have already transitioned.

Their main website will remain, the shops will be on a separate portal. Most of the ones I track have moved to shopmetrics.
