I have worked for this company 3 shops , I have only got paid for 1. Has anyone else had this issue? Is this company like this or is it me?

Typically any company pays the first performed shop first. Was this what you were paid for? The other two shops may have been performed or accepted a bit later and fallen into the next pay cycle. I don't remember what their pay cycle is, but you may want to check their website.

Welcome to the forum, evette. What dates did you complete the three shops?

Intellishop's payment terms are: " sent through PayPal approximately 30 days after the last day of the month in which your shops were completed. We normally pay on the 20th of the month (or on the following business day). All required shop documentation (business card, receipt, etc.) must be submitted for payment to be processed."
Once the shops show as "Received", I've never had issues with them paying on time. But the week before thanksgiving I did a shop for them for a car dealer and it still shows as "completed" but not "received" - Meaning they haven't reviewed it. Is this the issue you're having? Because I'm finding it strange they have let that one siting for almost 3 weeks now... And I want my money!
