All of my November shops were paid on December 10, 2015. That included two shops performed on November 29th. Are you sure that your shop report was accepted? Did you forget to submit a CPI or upload a POV photo?
I submitted the receipt and CPI, there was no photo required. I emailed them and await their reply.
Are you paid by DD or check? I thought MF mails checks much later than the DD.

Have you checked the payment history for your December payment to see if the shop is listed there? Was this your only November shop? I do not see how to look up older shops, did you make sure the shop was approved on the receipt status page? They would have emailed you if it was rejected. I just like to make sure the status page shows the CPI and receipt were Verified.

Yes, they always email if there's an issue, but I think they said on the site today that they've had some trouble with hotmail accounts. Just something for the OP to keep in mind. I know I haven't been getting my emails from MF at my hotmail account.

Hotmail is the most aggressive against spam, Yahoo is getting there. I check my Spam folder all the time, then I click Not Spam if anything is there I do not want being sent there. Hotmail and Yahoo will also block Spam, but the user I believe has to allow that on an individual basis. My companies email is added to spam filters all the time, we are in a constant battle as we do not send Spam, everything is sent to individuals that are opted in with us. We are a large retail based company, offering multiple services, we send a lot of email.

Once upon a time, I waited about 4 months to get paid for a shop. I got paid at the usual time for all other shops, but not that one specific shop. I emailed them several times, and each time they said I'd get paid with the next month's check. That didn't happen. Eventually, a separate payment was issued for the shop. So, this might happen to you. Be persistent and keep asking! It might take 4 months but eventually they will pay you :0)
MF emailed me back, and quickly. I was impressed. They said that the shop wasn't approved until December, so I'll be paid in January. I do direct-deposit. I'm not sure why it took so long to approve it, as I was not notified of any issues, but I'm glad that payment will be forthcoming.

ETA: I don't have Hotmail, so this wasn't an issue.

Dare - What they are saying is that they did not approve the shop (went through editing, ready to send to client) until December. That process has nothing to do with direct deposit or any other form of payment. Why did it take so long - you are unlikely to ever know.

In my case, the issue was that the shop I did in September was originally scheduled for June (to another shopper) who botched it. Not sure why I was asked "re-shop" it in September (why not July or August?) but that seemed to be the issue--the system was only paying for the previous month, and the shop's date didn't get updated in the system (so the system assumed it had been taken care of). Hence, I eventually got issued a completely separate payment. I hope you get paid soon!
