Maritz: Completed Shops

I completed around 12 shops for Maritz between the 4th and 6th of this month, however they are still showing as "current shops" with "no action required" (and they are not nor have ever been on hold). They are not part of a route. Invoice submitted If I click "view completed shops", they all show on that list as well. So, I am not really worried about anything in regards to them, it's just that usually they disappear from this list after a few days, and always after a shop window had concluded, and for these it concluded on the 6th.

I would just like for these to be gone from the current shops list sop that I do not have to keep scrolling down to get to my real current shops. Is anyone else experiencing this, or should I call Maritz and tell them there might be a technical glitch? (which wouldn't be the first time for me with their site).

Sometimes it takes a while to move into the completed list. The status "no action required" means just that. Nothing for you to do.

I wouldn't worry about it

It is not that unusual for them to sit several days with no action required before approval. However, I have found my dealings with Maritz rather odd recently. I noticed tonight they assigned me three shops I was never asked about that are nowhere near me (nor have I done them in the past).

I'm finding a lot of dealings with Maritz is odd here lately.

Something has changed over there. They are my bread and butter so I am hoping I can work through this with them.....

When the editors are backed up, they can sit there for 10 days or more before they get edited and removed from your job list.

I still have not been paid for completed shops. They say checks lost in mail, not just the 2 I am owed. They say it will take weeks to reissue lost checks. I am uneasy about this.

I got paid for a shop that is still sitting on the list OP mentioned!

Glad to know its not a glitch. I have had a glitch on my account before, which they even acknowledged as such.

My issues with Maritz CX appear to be related to idiots at the post office returning my checks as " deliverable", and not Maritz CX but I am hoping they will consider paying via paypal or DD soon. Other than that, I liked them because they are honest, fair and nice people to work with.
