Alta360 and the disappearing shop***RESOLVED***

I had my first shop with Alta360 scheduled for today. I had logged on early this morning to read through the instructions. Well, I just logged into the website to read through the instructions one last time before leaving the office and heading to the shop. However, my shop was no longer in my shop log. In fact, it was back on the board as available. I confirmed through my email and my spreadsheet that I had the correct date for the shop, so it's not like I missed it and looked like a flake. I am truly baffled.

I emailed the scheduler to ask what happened. However, since it's not in my shop log I am not going to perform the shop. Has anyone else had this experience with this MSC? I understand goofy things happen, but this is a first for me.

I used to see a life coach pretty regularly.... back when they were called bartenders.

Did you confirm the shop after it was assigned? I can't say for sure about Alta, but most on Shopmetrics do require confirmation.

Yes, Alta360 requires you to confirm your assignments. If you don't confirm in a "timely manner" you can get removed. However, it is pretty obvious when you login that they need to be confirmed. If KimRod reviewed the assignments once, I would think that they got confirmed. Maybe not. I have forgotten to confirm before, but always managed to do it last minute when I logged in to print the assessment before leaving for a shop. Never had one outright cancelled.

The scheduler got back to me within an hour! She said she had an issue with the app and reassigned it to me immediately. She even gave me a couple extra days to work it back into my schedule (I was headed in the opposite direction of the shop by the time she got back to me). I was impressed she got back to me so quickly!

To answer @LisaSTL and @InPlainSight, I don't remember if I had to confirm it. However, if it needed it I probably did since I logged on the same day it was assigned to skim the guidelines.
