Received an email from BARE tonight asking for clarification on a shop -- and the email they asked me to use in the message bounces back as undeliverable.(and when I go into the shop log, I can only view and not edit the shop to provide the requested information). I've emailed my scheduler, but does anyone have a general email address for their editors (in case my scheduler is on vacation)

They have regular business hours so you can reach someone by phone in the morning. Probably after 8 am eastern time. 800-296-6699 is the number I have for the main office.

In the email they sent to you at the top it should say something like DO NOT REPLY TO THIS EMAIL, reply to xxx@bareinternational.com.

I used (copied and pasted) the one they said to use, and it still came back

I love working with BARE and have always been able to reach someone during business hours. Lisa provided the phone number, give them a ring tomorrow and I'm sure they'll take care of any issue you may have.
