I guest I'm too dense to understand the rules because I just read 100s of posts talking about various MSCs by names and badmouthing many of them.

You can name MSCs but you can't name who their clients are. You can talk about clients but not which MSC is shopping them. Does that make more sense?

The independent contractor agreements (IC) that we sign prohibit us from revealing the clients of the companies we work with. Those agreements do not prohibit us from badmouthing the companies if a contractor is so inclined..
Actually, by being told that you are violating your ICA with one of your client companies, the above posters have helped you quite a lot. Some posters have been identified by companies after posting and contacted by those companies and warned about ICA violations. Far less embarrassing to be corrected by other shoppers than by a company one works with.

Neglected to add my comment to above which is towncountry, you have defined the meaning of "hissy fit". The forum members offered you some good advice. You are not a brand new member and have posted several times before so you should know the rules and be willing to abide by them. Suggest you take this as a learning experience and not a personal attack.

TC used the term "ethnic folks" in that 2014 thread. Aren't we all ethnic folks? It's just that the associate TC interacted with wasn't of a suitable ethnicity as far as TC was concerned.
Race should not even come into play when making objective observations about an interaction. Doesn't matter that she used the phrase "ethnic folks" instead of something more offensive. It's obvious what TC is trying to infer.
