We Go Look

So, I signed up with them and received an email today about an assignment. I logged in through my computer and accepted it, but I cannot find anywhere to access the report. I have checked both the app and the website. Any suggestions? The shop is not due until the 30th. Do I need to wait until then to access it?

Have you downloaded the app? While I'm new with them and haven't had any assignments yet, they did mention that most of their reporting is done via the app.

I used to see a life coach pretty regularly.... back when they were called bartenders.
I did and it is not there either. I guess if it does not appear, I will call them.

I was recently accepted by this MSC. I am able to login using my desktop. But, when I attempt to login using either my iPhone or iPad it will not accept my password. Is anyone else having this issue. I just wrote to them again.

I have the same problem. I received my user ID and password overnight. I can log into their web site but I can't login to the app on my iPhone or iPad.
I can use both the app and the computer. The computer shows the job i signed up for but the app does not. The computer does not let me access the report. It says the shop is due Saturday. If nothing is showing up, I will delete the app and my desktop account.
Yes, me too. Does anyone know if it takes longer to get access to the app than it does for the desktop?
I called WeGoLook technical support about my inability to login to the app on my iPhone. The lady I spoke to said there was "a glitch in their system" and was going to forward my name to someone who could fix the problem.
I'll post another message when (if?) I get logged into the app and note what I learn in the process.

So, I have received an email and a phone call wondering when the job, due the 30th, will be completed. I just accepted today, and it is not due til Saturday...... I will call tomorrow but I am leaning on deleting the app and canceling my account.
I hadn't heard anything back from We Go Look so I emailed them last night.
The heart of their response was: "We are currently looking into this issue and will work to resolve it as soon as possible."

If anything changes I'll post again.
No one from We Go Look contacted me, but I decided to try logging in again. I discovered my password was no longer valid on their web site, so I used the 'lost password' link and reset my password. After resetting my password I was able to login to the WeGoLook app on my iPhone.

After I launched the app I had to allow it access to Location, Camera and Microphone. After enabling access I went back into "Settings" on the iPhone and changed "Location" access from "Always" to "While Using the App".

There aren't any available assignments ( "Looks" ) in my area right now. We'll see how long it takes before something pops up.
