intellishop contact info

There is a shop that requires you to have a free store membership card. I am trying to find out if I can do the shop even though I previously signed up. It mentions assessing the materials you receive in the mail (but you might not have them as of the due date for the shop, but can use the membership off your phone).

But since you are supposed to assess the materials, it sounds like you have to be a new member just signing up...which will exclude a LOT of people who are already members.

I actually never used it at all and still have the envelope and paperwork in the condition they were sent!

This is a store rewards card like all the supermarkets, pharmacies, pet stores, etc have.

I can't seem to find a way to contact Intellishop to ask if I am eligible.

The help button says there is no help available for that page.

I think the help link on Sassie is just to explain how to use the Sassie system. In other words, it is of no help regarding the specific MSC. Here is the phone number from a recent email, 866.234.1423. The office is in EST and open regular business hours.
