Hello. Their website is somewhat confusing until you get used to it. Your shop should be listed on the website of the MSC not the scheduling company that is scheduling some of these. Go to the section named My Current Shops. Click on the number of the shop and it will take you to another screen. Look down inside that about half way or so and you will see a link for Current Shop Documentation or something similar to that. Click on that and it will give you links to everything you need to print out. To take the test, go back to the My Current Shops page. Look to the right of the job number and you will see Needs Requirements, or something similar. Click on that. Now scroll down on that page and you will be at the test. You get three tries on the test. If you fail it twice, do NOT take it the third time. Leave it and call them at their 800 number. A scheduler will walk you through the test. It will go a lot faster if you don't take it the third time. They can just look at what you missed and help you with that part.
This mystery shopping company is really good to work with you but I don't know what kind of set up they have with the scheduler. I don't know if you have to work with the scheduler on the test or not, but I'm thinking you will be working with the MSC on all requirements even if you signed up with a scheduler.
If you don't understand this, hit me again and I'll take another shot at it.
