Marititz Bank Shops

I have been a mystery shopper for a while and usually the shops are straight forward--the MSC gives you the shop guidelines, who you are supposed to shop, what to look for and what you should get a proof of the shop. Well I signed up for a Credit Card shop with this company and and can't make heads or tails of their instructions. One main thing is I am supposed to answer a questionnaire before the shop. I can't find the answers to this questionnaire anywhere in the instructions unless I have overlooked them. I am also supposed to get forms but the forms in their instructions are very blurry. Has anyone had these problems?

Hello. Their website is somewhat confusing until you get used to it. Your shop should be listed on the website of the MSC not the scheduling company that is scheduling some of these. Go to the section named My Current Shops. Click on the number of the shop and it will take you to another screen. Look down inside that about half way or so and you will see a link for Current Shop Documentation or something similar to that. Click on that and it will give you links to everything you need to print out. To take the test, go back to the My Current Shops page. Look to the right of the job number and you will see Needs Requirements, or something similar. Click on that. Now scroll down on that page and you will be at the test. You get three tries on the test. If you fail it twice, do NOT take it the third time. Leave it and call them at their 800 number. A scheduler will walk you through the test. It will go a lot faster if you don't take it the third time. They can just look at what you missed and help you with that part.

This mystery shopping company is really good to work with you but I don't know what kind of set up they have with the scheduler. I don't know if you have to work with the scheduler on the test or not, but I'm thinking you will be working with the MSC on all requirements even if you signed up with a scheduler.

If you don't understand this, hit me again and I'll take another shot at it.

Got through the test. The answers were buried in the documentation. Just discovered my printer is out of ink and I have to print the evaluation form in order to get the security code for the shops. I saved the forms on a flashdrive and I hope when I print them on my neighbors printer the security code will show up. Any thoughts about this security code for the evaluations? Thanks loads for responding.
I normally print the first page of the evaluation form and that gives me the security code. However, I understand you can print to PDF and then look at the PDF file and get the security code. You should have that option on your printer (I hope). If not, you can call the MSC and they will give you a security code that's good to use the day you report. Call them right before you start your report. I understand that day code changes every day. Congratulations on getting through the test. Word of warning -- emails will go into oblivion. They like to use the phone. And you're welcome. Any time.

You can also just hit the print page button which will bring up the code along with the document. Then just cancel and back out.
What you need to do to see the code depends to some extent on the browser and your operating system. With Windows 8 and 10 and Chrome, you can generally see (and even copy) the code when the preview page comes up. I prefer to print the first page on paper and then use that page to take notes, attach and save physical receipts, etc.
