IPSOS website issues: Resolved

I am having multiple problems getting my appliance store shops entered. After entering all of the information using the app earlier today, it would not submit and stated I was missing attachments (photos which I had attached). I figured I would just take care of it when I got home. I entered information for each shop using the app today (3) and none of them would submit. When I got home, I opened up the first report and then clicked save, went back to the main page, but the submit button was not highlighted in green and would not allow me to submit. I opened the report, and it stated I did not have all of the questions complete! Well, I went on to the next report, figuring it was a glitch and I would come back to it. Same type of issues with all 3 reports thus far...no response from my scheduler about this problem. Each time I open the report I get varying messages about incomplete answers one time, and the next time the shop shows as complete but will not submit. I have invested several hours in trying to get this to work. Maybe the Mobi Audit and Shop Metrics are not compatible? ARRRGGGGGH!!!

I was having same issue! It's really weird...I would hit the check my answers button and it would say I have 9 unanswered questions. I would go in and answer the questions again. I then hit submit and would get a message saying I have to answer all the questions. I would then hit the check my answer button again and this time it would say I have 24 answers missing.

I repeated this for over three hours before giving up. I tried using three different browsers, Windows laptop, and my iPad. All had the same results.

I figure I paid them for the pleasure of letting me do that shop. Ughh, I have thee more to do.
I have yet to hear from my scheduler. Are you working with Julie at Summit? I get the script error as soon as I open the report so I know they haven't resolved the issue. The report for this shop TOTALLY SUCKED. I can't believe you have to write a comment for literally every question. Even questions that did not apply to my particular shop! I have three more of these to complete - and I too am thinking about cancelling. No way on earth I'm repeating last night's hours of frustration for a measly $15. God forbid they put a disclaimer on the website stating THEY ARE HAVING ISSUES.
No, not Julie, it's Amber. She did respond to say that IT was working on it...that was last night. I emailed again this morning, no word back. I sent an email to someone at IPSOS as well but haven't heard anything from them, either. No kidding, it was/is awful. My first shop there was no one in the appliance department (major hardware/appliance store) for 20 minutes, but there were six customers in the department looking for assistance when I walked in, so I answered the question about whether I was able to conduct the shop as "no" but the next 60 or so questions were all about how the shop went! The second and third shops, my sales person did not do the demo, so I answered that no, and the next question asked how he conducted the demo! There was no "NA" or "other" box to check, and I had to choose from 3 answers about how he conducted the stupid demo that he didn't do since there was no comment box to fill in text about it. I am quite sure that those questions are supposed to disappear based on how you answered previous questions. Unfortunately, there was something so seriously wrong with the form or the website that this didn't happen.

I think I saw a post on here last week from a shopper who would not disclose the name of the company stating that he was having problems submitting and contacted his scheduler, who stated that she would get back with him. Next day his shop was completely removed from the website because it was overdue, I guess. A few days later the shop was reposted for reassignment! I am wondering if it was IPSOS he was talking about. My due date is Thursday. Hopefully they will get it resolved by then and my shops won't get removed. I was all excited about 3 quick and easy shops. What a nightmare that turned out to be.
I was just going to ask about these shops. I was thinking about picking a few up but I'm cautious about appliance jobs after reading so many nightmare stories here on the forum. I hope they get it fixed quickly.
My scheduler emailed me and said because they are aware of the problem for me to not worry, my shops will not be removed and I will not be penalized for being late with submission. She told me to go ahead and make my last store visit and wait until I hear from her before submitting.
They had me log in using Google Chrome - they claim that was the issue. I don't believe them because I had used three different browsers before ever contacting them. All with the same results. I was able to submit my shop today. I guess the good news is....the scheduler finally responded three days later.
It wasn't Google Chrome because I tried IE, Google Chrome, and Firefox with the same results up until the time that my scheduler got back in touch with me to let me know that she thought they fixed it and to give it a try.
Ugh - still no payment for January shops- I was hoping it would be in there by end of day 2/17- or at best deposited early morning 2/18. Nope - IPOSOS has yet to submit reimbursement and now I am getting worried that it won't arrive.
I got paid today so all is okay.

Shopping Western NY, Northeast and Central PA, and parts of Ohio and West Virginia. Have car will travel anywhere if the monies right.
