Mystique

Any one know the pay policy for Mystique. I have some early February shops due. I did call and leave a message. However, so for no return telephone call.

Most company's payment policies are listed on their websites, in FAQs for shoppers.

This is true, but I know for some, especially Prophet sites (not saying this one is a Prophet site, just saying), that information is not there. OR, you have to Goggle all over to find it.
I find that most of them are on the main area of the site, not accessible when you're logged in as a shopper. (That's where Mystique's is -- I only know because I looked for it recently myself.)
My experience with Mystique was that I had to e-mail the scheduler and ask where my money was every time. Even though they claim they pay faster, they were always late and only paid after I made an inquiry. Having said that, they paid me for all the jobs I had done.
I am not doing any more shops until I see how long these February and March jobs take to be paid.

That happened to me about 2 years ago, and I had to make 3-4 inquiries before getting paid. I have not worked for them since their main client got bought out, and the buying bank is not shopped, as far as I know.
Yup. My first payment from them is overdue and I was told to email again if not received in 2 weeks.

I called mystique on the telephone twice and left a message on their recording. I emailed a second time and I have not heard anything further.
kittybratt, sign in, go to the shop(s) in question and email the scheduler under help/support. That's how I got a reply -- hopefully it will work for you as well.
nicelytwicely: I did email the scheduler for each shop completed. I will continue emailing daily until I receive a reply. I have a bad feeling on this one.

I cannot imagine we are the only ones not receiving payment.

Oh, good, kittybratt! Hope you get a response, and good luck to both of us on getting paid promptly!
nicelytwicely, I received the following reply from a scheduler today: "If you do not get paid by Wednesday of next week, please contact me." The scheduler did not adivse me which shops would be paid.

I too hope we both get paid.
I emailed scheduler yesterday, Wednesday, and still have not gotten paid.

After emailing scheduler every day, I finally received all February and March
payments.
