I cannot seem to pass the test for certain fast food burger place. I had the test printed out and the review printed out, wrote out all my answers and was sure I was right, and lo and behold, failed again! Whats up with that? I do lots of ff shops. I understand timing. Don't get it.

I don't know about Consumer Impressions, but with some companies you can contact the scheduler if you fail their test, and they will offer some assistance.
Just to make the process so much more fun and rewarding, sometimes you have to mark an incorrect answer just to pass . . . Not often, but I have had it happen several times.
Our test is no longer pass/fail. The quiz is there more so to make sure you read and understand the instructions.

I do lots of shops that get 9 and 10 and have never taken a test yet. Oops. Correction. I did do one test, simple, but it had to be 100% . I got one question wrong, received a 96%, and I couldn't figure out why the question was wrong - so I said the heck with it and moved on to othe MSC's. Now I'll be sure to look at your company. Thanks.
