Here is the email I received exactly and I hope posting it doesn't violate any forum rules although it does not name any clients they shop so should be okay. You have to check your email of course to do the survey.

I just received the survey request, yesterday, the 15th, so I think that is the one the OP is referring to. So, it looks to be a new topic.
I received an email yesterday with the link to complete the survey, with a chance to win a gift card. I didn't get a chance to complete the survey until this morning. OK, so I logged into the survey, and completed it all the way to the end. At the end there is a note saying that to qualify for the survey, log into Facebook, and for those who don't use/like Facebook (that's me!), to click on the link taking me to Facebook, and I would still get registered for the gift card. Well, alas, I did so, and got a page saying that "Sorry, this content isn't available right now The link you followed may have expired, or the page may only be visible to an audience you're not in." ....whatever that meant. Well, so much for answering the survey! Guess there was a time limit or an exclusion to it that I didn't meet.
I just signed up recently. I don't like that if you get a beauty service, you have to say it is your first time. Is this to get a lower rate for the service? gratuity is only 15% . It seems to take them a long time to pay. There are also several certifications/tests.
The waxing client puts your license info in a database. First time customers get a wax for free. That's why your can't do the shop more than once.
