Does anyone have any experience Doing Apartment Shops for Business Observations?

Was wondering if anyone had any experience working with Business Observations out of Peoria, AZ. They do audio and video shops for the apartment leasing industry. Are they a reputable, reliable company? No matter what they say in their literature about paying shoppers, what is the real scoop? Anyone ever have problems receiving payment?

Not as a shopper but I have scheduled for them and know they are a legitimate company that pays the shoppers. The people I worked with were friendly, nice and helpful.
I have and they pay when they feel like it as well as not paying you at all if they can get away with it. Molly will do damage to your reputation if possible as well. I did a shop for her where i had accepted the shop on a day I was available then she sent me an email at 9pm the same day telling me that she needed the shop completed the next morning. 2 days earlier than I accepted the shop for. I made major changes to my schedule to accommodate her.But i told her I would be unable to submit report until that night due to other obligations. I was unable to complete the full shop due to the target. Molly insinuated that I did not know what I was doing and refused to pay me and deducted points from my shopper score (more than the normal allowed amount) Now I did her the favor of changing my schedule and doing a shop she obviously screwed up on dates with, yet because i refused to tell someone how to do their job (isn't that exactly why we are hired to begin with? So companies are aware of where training and coaching is needed?) she decided to stiff me payment and damage my reputation as a shopper. There are many other companies out there that have alternate scenarios in this situation. They obviously don't. They need to think ahead and cover all avenues. Not hurt a shopper because they screwed up to begin with. Business Observations is not a company that has alot of work to begin with but if it means this aggravation I don't need it. There is no one to contact about her behavior at least not that I can find.I would steer clear of them.
