Contact Info For National Shopping Service

Does anyone have a phone number, or an email address they answer, for NSS?

I did a shop for them a few weeks ago. I now have an alert on my account for it saying to contact them. I emailed the scheduler four days ago, but haven't heard back yet. I can't find a phone number for them.

I was expecting some sort of issue with the assignment. It was to take menuboard pictures, but the location was a gas station. I told them before I took the assignment that it was a gas station, but they to get as many menu pictures as I could so I took pictures of their specialty coffee menu. I guess it wasn't good enough. winking smiley

Sometimes an alert means they are not finished editing the shop. That happened to me, I called and was told that. give them a few days if you just finished the job.

Hopefully that's all it is. The alert though said to contact the TECH team.
I don't know how much longer this company is going to be around anyway, if they just lost their biggest client, like I suspect they might have.
I'm doing a shop for them tomorrow, same one I've always done. They changed it from having to do two, to doing one in a day. I don't think they're going anywhere.

I tried email. Days ago. Still no reply. I don't want to risk them throwing out the report because I "failed" to follow directions by not contacting them as per my alert.
I always call the above #. The job specifies to call of self-confirm. When calling, make sure you ask for the correct job dept. I have never had a problem, they schedule me immediately when I call. Just finished my job today, and they have made it easier.

I'm not trying to be scheduled for a shop, I already completed the shop. The completed shop report now says to immediately contact the TECH support team. When I click the alert link, it brings me to an email address which apparently goes unread or unanswered or both.
I answered that already. The alert means they have not finished the report, not that they need to speak withy you. They will call you if they need more info.

I do thank you for your advice, I wonder though if it is possible that they have more than 1 alert.

The alert that I have says my report is on hold because it needs more information and photos, and to contact them immediately
oh, then you better either call or email.....when I got my alert, I found out they couldn't read the card, but then figured it out, false alert.
