Baird Group Medical Mystery Shopping

I could tell you that Baird is supportive, encouraging, friendly and always pays as promised. All of that is true but the reason I would recommend Baird very highly is that you get a chance to do work that is interesting and actually makes a positive difference in the field of healthcare. You can do phone shops and on-site shops at medical facilities: walkthroughs, where you observe; and patient visits, where you report on your experience as a patient. In all cases the goal is to report on what things the facility does well and what things needed improvement. The client then uses the information you supply to improve its patient care. It's great to know that your efforts will help improve the care given to patients.

What is up with two different "testimonials" to Baird today? In both cases the posts were made by members who registered, minutes later created a thread and promptly left.

Oh yeah, and both were also immediately "liked" by a Baird representative.

I like Baird, but I'm disappointed. This kind of planned testimonial just looks like a grab for free advertising and reflects poorly on the company. Shills who registeted here just to post a prepared text. Did the company pay the new posters or are the new posters actually Baird employees?
