Has Intellishop banned me from doing a shop?

Hello,

I recently attempted to request an assignment from Intellishop. A scheduler had sent me an automated email announcing this shop and the original fee had been substantially increased. I had completed this same location for them back in April 2014. At the time, I received a score of 10 and was paid in full for the shop. I looked at the current requirements and found that I met or exceeded all of them including the rotation. When I hit the link to request the shop the standard screen came up with a calendar for me to select my preferred date. All the dates on the calendar were grayed out. I have been shopping for them since 2007 and have never seen this before. The date I wanted was well within the date range on the announcement. The link was still active so I know it had not been assigned to another shopper. What happened? I attempted to type in the date I wanted at the bottom of the calendar and got the message that the date I had selected was outside the date range. Can someone who is familiar with the Intellishop/Sassie system explain what the grayed out calendar means? My assumption is that I have been excluded from this location for some reason, possibly I was identified by the client in 2014. But if that is the case why am I still getting the auto email announcements for it.

OHGuy, I had the exact same thing happen with a ath shop. It turns out, they were recruiting for people to do the shop, and when they had enough candidates, they did the assignments.

If the days are gray then the shop has been booked. I received a notification from them yesterday for a shop while I was reading there job board that was not listed. I would not worry.
I do not believe it has been booked. I just checked their job board and it is still sitting there with a very nice bonus. I'm hoping its a glitch in the system.

If you were identified as a mystery shopper the client could have excluded you to do any more shops. I would suggest emailing the scheduler and stating in more succinct terms what you have in your post.

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

Sometimes they are seeking more than one shopper for the job. Generally there needs to be a certain number of days in between shoppers. I have seen shops that were indeed available, but lets say they need three shoppers, and they need three days in between each. Now let's say you have a current date range of the 1st thru the 6th....not all of the shoppers will necessarily fit into the criteria, within the date range....They still need the third shopper, but one shopper will need to do the shop in the next date range they post. Many times you can email the scheduler and suggest a date in the following week, and get assigned.

It can also be a rotation thing without it being stated. I'd email the scheduler to see what was up and asked the scheduler if they can assign you the shop directly since you couldn't self assign.
