What am I doing wrong at KSS?

I have previously only completed one shop for KSS. I currently applied for one of the big box store shops. I have applied for it 4 times. Each time my application disappears but the shop remains on the job board. I emailed the scheduler asking for clarification and got an automatic reply that she wouldn't be back till today. So today I never got any response. I emailed her again, just now, and got another canned response saying she wouldn't be in until Monday.
It was my impression that if a shop had been assigned to someone on the Sassie platform it would disappear from the job board. This one is still there so it hasn't been assigned, yet I can't even get a reply to an email much less the shop.
This particular shop has a bonus on it, and if they want me to do some at base pay first that's fine, but they could tell me that couldn't they? I took this one because it has a deadline coming up soon.

It may be that you do not qualify for the shop based on demographics or number or shops completed, or some other metric that is not stated on the job board. Remember, KSS i just the scheduling company, not the MSC.

Yes I thought of that, but I have completed this same shop literally hundreds of times for the MSC, and could in fact assign myself one of them (not the same location) right now off of the MSC's board.
So why go through a scheduling service and let them take a cut of the pay?

The MSC has turned most of the scheduling for this particular shop over to the scheduling service. The location I want is not on the board at the MSC.

No Honny, I give up. Although the shop I applied for 4 times and would have done for $10 less and 3 days sooner finally got scheduled, several hours after the email telling me the scheduler was unavailable. Things that make you go "hmmmm".
Call MCX, I'm sure they'll assign it directly to you with the bonus intact. I would think they would be happy to. If it's the MCX I'm thinking this shop is originally from, that's what I did. I got the big bonus for the shop 1/2 hour from me that KSS is scheduling.
