Alta 360 scheduled shop date versus due date question

I did email the scheduler but hadn't heard back from her so I wanted to ask you guys to double check myself. I picked the 21st for a shop date but it turns out I'm going to be in the town early this week. The shop dates are 1/2 thru 1/21 and my anticipated date is the 1/21. Is it okay to go ahead and do it tomorrow so long as I follow the 12 hour upload rule? I didn't see anything on the site about it being against the rules to shop early. I've shopped early for Ipsos and Strategic Reflections, but one never knows and sometimes shops can get rejected.

If you are assigned a specific date, you can only shop that date. You would need the scheduler to reassign the shop to your new date. They may have multiple visits that need to be spread out.

Your report is due based on when the shop is performed. The final due date is related to the overall date range for the project.

Very few shops allow a full range of dates to randomly shop on.

Not true with Alta research. As long as it falls within the range you're good. Who's your scheduler?
That's been my experience with Alta as well - range of dates to work with. Has anyone seen them post the January shops other than the flowers?

Scheduler is Dan. I got to thinking that they may have taken yesterday as a holiday too since the banks and such were closed. I'll wait a little bit for a reply, but I do think I have shopped other dates with this company before too, just within the shop window similar to Ipsos. This particular client only shops their stores each quarter I believe.

The Compliance types are posted in my area.

I'm hoping they haven't lost my favorite client. They generally post long before now.

I don't know Dan, my scheduler is Rebecca. Anyway, they do not work from home they are a M-F 9-5 operation so I am sure you are correct that they were out of the office yesterday.
I believe their office was closed yesterday (Monday) for the holiday. Dan does work from home. He is good about answering his phone and email. So try again today.
Whenever a particular shop comes available with Alta, I usually sign up for about 10 of them. Then I have to confirm what date I will do them. When I confirm, I always pick the LATEST date available as the date I will have the shops done. THEN...I always do them BEFORE the date I pick...I usually pick the latest date when I confirm them, to give myself time in case I can't do them on an earlier date. But as long as I do them in the range of dates available, I've never, ever had an issue. Hope it works out that way for the OP, too!

Thank you! I did get a reply back. I was just worried about shopping early but was fairly certain I had done so in the past. The compliance ones aren't done as often as others so they have a larger window. Many times it seems they are almost a month long.

Same as GuysMom. I picked the latest date out and it's true as you said. The latest date is just the last possible and my type of compliance shop has up until the 21st to do them but I'm free to do them before then so long as I do not go over 12, and certainly not over 24 hours before reporting in on my shop.

I love them.... but I'm worried as a favorite shop of mine is usually posted before the following month & there is nothing for January. I'll cry if this client stopped the program.
Yep, they lost my fav client.....
Now I'm praying this client went to another msc & didn't kill the program

Good information, if there is a "window" then just adhere to any restrictions like time range or days the task can't be performed.
