Maritz Incentive

I just did my first audit for Maritz and on the job board when I requested it, there was a pretty nice incentive on it. When I submitted my invoice, no incentive was showing, does this mean the incentive wasn't approved? I did leave a message for them, just wondering if anyone here had some insight smiling smiley

I just did a bunch of bonused shops with them this week and all incentives showed up on the invoices. I would call them.

You should have received an Email titled "Mystery Shops Awarded". In that Email would be the Visit Id, Program Location, Name, Location Address, Fee, Add'l Comp and Due Date.

I save these Emails in a Maritz folder just on the chance there is a dispute of the Additional Compensation (Incentive or Bonus).

If you called them and asked them to assign it, they will not give you the incentive listed on the job board unless you specifically ask for it. They're not being sneaky, necessarily, it's just the schedulers can't see those online incentives, or at least that's what they say. To get the online incentives, you have to self-assign on the website. If you are new, you will have to complete a certain number of shops before getting self-assign privileges. In the meantime, you can verbally ask for the incentive amount on future shops. It will be difficult to get them to agree to give you the incentive now, but you can still try.

Hi Laura, how was your first audit (I m guessing it was gas station). I have my first audit coming week. How much time did it take and anything that i should keep in my mind. Thanks in advance smiling smiley

It went good (I think lol), not as overwhelming as I thought. I was on site about 30 minutes and debriefing took about 20 minutes. I really studied and went over the guidelines before I went on site.
