KINESIS Contact Information

Hello,

Does anyone have direct contact information for Kinesis? I have tried to contact the scheduler that handles their shops from the other company numerous times over the last two weeks. He has not responded to any of my emails. I would like to contact them directly so they do not think I flaked on one of their shops!

Kinesis shops are scheduled by KSS. The KSS scheduler who currently schedules for Kinesis is Ryan Stiffler, who is not very responsive. I have good luck contacting Lorrie Kern, Ryan's boss, who is very responsive, KSSLorri@kernscheduling.com, when Ryan doesn't answer. Ryan briefly left KSS and the Kinesis shops were scheduled by Alan Juarez, who was much easier to reach. Now Ryan is back.

I have been trying to get in touch with Kinesis for over a month about a missing payment. My KSS scheduler (Shelly) will only tell me she’s forwarded my emails, but won’t give my a contact.

It wont let me in unyil I update my info, I'll check when I get home, csnt type all that on my phone
