Ok so here you go since she decided to post this. And FTR the location is correct, we have the correct address and information on the shop form.

I get this email from the shopper note this is the ONLY email I get from her:

This address is a gas station. You all are imbeciles. This was 6 miles away
from me. I still want to be paid for this shop. Otherwise, I am leaving a
nasty review and never doing another shop. You all shouldn’t be out without
parental supervision.


My boss then writes her back this-after I forwarded the email to him

I'll be happy to pay you for this and then deactivate you from doing any
further shops for us. You are welcome to spread your little review all over
and I will further be happy to share this with the other shopping companies,
all who I have contacts at as we are all helpful to one another. People make
mistakes all the time as they are human beings. You've upset the staff here
your language and name calling and I will not put up with that. Name calling
is never a good idea.


She then writes back
Go right ahead. My shopper ratings are high. Go hang yourself. Look forward to the review.

Meh. I wouldn't bother replying to this if it was me. Every shopper on this forum knows a tantrum when they see one. I can't imagine anyone took this post seriously.

OMG. Thank you Nikki. Your boss is a class act and that was handled with the utmost professionalism (unlike the OP's attitude). WOW.
I rarely get on here but a great shopper of mine alerted me of this post! Felt like I had to defend my boss and the company. Shopper is 100% in the wrong she just can't follow driving directions
No, but it's nice to know exactly how it went down. It's not like the OP at first wrote to the MSC in a polite and professional manner, was treated shabbily, and then retaliated. The OP only had to drive 6 miles and there was a small error, people make mistakes all of the time, but to call people imbeciles for a small error and not just politely pointing out the error? And the MSC has enough class to still pay them even though the OP doesn't deserve a dime.

We gave her the correct address she just must be directionally challenged. She didn't drive 6 miles out of her way
So the address was correct and the OP is the one who is the...well no name calling in the forum, LOL.
I misunderstood, I thought she wrote that it was 6 miles from her (home). Which doesn't seem like a big deal.
Let me add one more thing we never said anything threatening or anything about legal action the OP is the one threatening legal action if she doesn't get paid. And she 1. didn't do the shop or 2. fill out the report

And i am sure your boss wasn't intimidated by that bullying in the least bit, either.

Many MSCs would have just not paid her because they did not have any legal obligation to do so. Even though the OP shows a complete lack of ethics and 0 class by emailing JMR in that manner and then coming into the forum and writing that post, your boss chose to handle it in a classy way by just agreeing to pay them.

There is one particular MSC owner who I wish would read this thread and learn something from it.
just received another lovely email from her If you contact me again, I will file a police report and take you to small claims court. Those who are imbeciles shouldn’t be out alone. Before you threaten legal action, make sure your employees are not contacting me

Man, talk about a backfire! I am sure she did not envision it turning out this way. How arrogant.
And beware of shoppers who can’t even post to the correct board on this forum. The moderator had to move it here before deleting it entirely. If you mention the name of the company, post your comments on the MS companies discussion board not the general discussion board. If you can’t follow simple forum guidelines, no wonder you have a problem with an actual shop.
I love JM Ridgway. I never had an issue with payments or reports, and whenever I had a question, everyone had been so helpful, especially Paula and Frank. The OP got herself into a pit, now she had lost any potential jobs with other MSCs and also earned a bad reputation.
