Maritz cx infant survey

I get emails daily with my incoming mail. My husband’s cousin receives mail here about twice a month. She’s never lived with us. Her husband did for about one month before they got an apartment out here and that was in 2008. Anyway, today I will be receiving an envelope in her name that says it is an infant survey. Has anyone else received these paper surveys by mail from Maritz? (She is not a shopper and I myself have never completed a shop for them, though I am signed up with them.) I just find this so, so strange!!

Doing what I can to enhance the life of my family! I LOVE what I do smiling smiley

I got one as well a few weeks ago from Maritz. Other companies send these surveys out but this is the first time I've gotten one from an MSC but there is usually some type of incentive by filling out the form like being entered into a prize drawing or something like that. When I get them I just throw them away.

Maritz is a HUGE overall company. They do surveys and such that are not part of their MSC programs. Your relative could have gotten on a mailing list during the time he lived with you. Just toss it....no one will mind.
