RQA website down ?

They are swamped, with the new project in particular. They have also been having some technical difficulties. Did you try anyone else on the team? I have been using the app so I haven't tried logging into the site, still finishing up my round of locations so no need to log in until I am ready to submit expenses.
I tried to login yesterday, and when I got a 'service error' message I just Googled RQA, and found a new login page.

I just finished up 23 projects on the new recall that was released yesterday and went to enter the expenses on the service portal and it is showing I have no current projects, although the app shows that I have completed all 23.
Catmom, I had the same issue this morning with one of my projects. I called the weekend line and was told that, for mine anyway, they were adding more locations and when that happens the project is not visible to those of us who were already assigned. It should be back up in Monday to enter your expenses.
Apparently there is a new login page. Thanks, eveb, for mentioning it. I ended up calling and one of the schedulers emailed me the link to it.

I signed up with them today. While installing the app, there was a question asking for permission to have access to photos and documents on my phone. I did not follow through with the app installation due to this reason. Am I making too much of it?
Yep. The access they want is to synch their RQA app with the photos you take FOR THE ASSIGNMENT. They don't look at anything else. RQA is awesome. Easy assignments with no reports (you do them as you do the assignment), mileage paid, fair compensation, and quick payment.
