Mobiaudit login

I have attempted to setup a profile on Mobiaudit to no avail. The app keeps saying incorrect user name or password yet I am using the one provided to me from ipsosus
Can anyone help?

Maybe try changing your uersname/password on the website using your computer and then try using that same new combination on the app? I dunno. I have not had that problem. You could first try rebooting your phone and see if that works.

I had the same problem, and I was getting the same wrong username/password message. Then I noticed that I was entering the wrong URL. I was trying to use ipsos.shopmetrics.com, when the correct URL is ipsosus.shopmetrics.com. I'd omitted the "us" after "ipsos." I kept getting the wrong username/password message instead of the wrong URL, but when I fixed the URL it worked.
