My mistake. If I had looked further down in the PayPal statement, I would have seen they paid twice in August. August 9 and the 22nd. So this is actually an exceptional company to work for. They pay in a timely fashion.

JM Ridgeway pays the fee and the reimbursement separately. I have had their Paypal payments separated by one day before.
If you don't get a response from the scheduler after 24-hours, contact Frank Kneisley at frank.k@jmridgway.com. But, as @OCyou2 said, the payments may be separate.
I think that it would be helpful to wait until MSC administrators have an opportunity to respond to an inquiry before posting aspersive warnings. Please provide an update when a few days have passed after your email to the scheduler.
I have been told to contact a certain person. As you can see, my post states that I am waiting to see what their issue is with not paying me the amount the shops were to pay. There were no problems with the shops. I have never had another company not pay me the correct amounts for shops. There was no fee with the storage shop.

As an update: August 23. I researched a bit further into the PayPal account and noticed that way back on August 9 I was also paid. So, they paid August 9 and August 22. Their amounts we're accurate.

Rather than starting a new thread...can someone familiar with the company comment...I completed a shop July 3rd, no pay yet. I've emailed Frank twice, no response. Any suggestions?
Mousegal, I have not seen a clear pattern of payment. My payments from Ridgway have run anywhere from 45 to 62 days after shop completion although a few months ago I was paid 30 days after my shop. But the norm seems to be between 45 and 60 days.
Mousegal why are you already sending them emails? I don't believe the payment would be expected till early September, usually around the 7th or so.
