Just like the old advice to overdress for an in person job interview rather than under dress which can mean wearing business casual to a job interview for a job where you know the employees usually wear torn jeans and go barefoot.
I would recommend not to over think this. If you wear a nice pair of slacks and a button down shirt or a nice blouse in your photo it does not mean you will always need to wear those clothes to a burger joint shop. Just make sure you are clean and well groomed and your clothing is nicely pressed if necessary, no holes, no rips, no stretched out t shirts with strange pictures on them, no scraggly hair or unruly beards etc. you will be fine. Do not wear your shortest skirt and your most revealing top especially if you are a male. Basically be somewhat conservative in your dress but it does not have to be a business suit and tie.
