The very first thread on this category is a list of companies and their pay dates.
But the short answer is DD on the 15th and last business day of the month. Shops completed and invoiced between the 1st and 14th of the month get paid on the last business day of the month. Shops completed between the 15th and 31st get paid on the 15th of the month following the shop/s, provided you've submitted an invoice. If you've forgotten to submit an invoice within the same pay period as the shop, you will have to call Maritz and speak to accounting and have them submit an invoice for you in order to get paid. Your payment then will appear in the next pay cycle.
Actually, with Direct Deposit, the "last business day" refers to what Maritz considers "the last business day of the month", not the "last business day of the month" as you might think. I say this because I note that the Maritz DD has been received on anywhere from the 23rd of the month to the 28th of the month. I thought that perhaps they consider the "last business day of the month" as the last Friday of the month. But that wasn't correct either. Sigh!

I have yet to figure out their method or pay schedule!

But, if you invoice them, they do pay on time.!
BTW, a good practice is to invoice them immediately after debriefing all of the shops you performed that day.
For what it's worth, I have never been stiffed by Maritz. I have shed tears of frustration over changing guidelines, phone communication and photos, but have always been paid. Sometimes the last pay of a project will be an extra week or two as they are wrapping up, but they always pay.
the folks at maritz called me a few weeks ago to let me know I was not paid for a May shop, and I would be receiving the pay on 15th. How decent was that ?
