BARE input system erasing my entries IDEAS???

I tried to enter a report yesterday afternoon. When I tried, twice, to upload the receipt the system locked up and deleted all answers input since the last save. I gave up and am trying again this morning, saving every few answers, of course. BUT, now the #$%^& system locks up and deletes answers since last save whenever I try to spellcheck.

Any ideas? I sent an email yesterday and another this morning. I must depart soon for a full day of assignments, so this one will, of course, be late.

I entered a report on Bare last night using Chrome with no problems. Can't imagine what the cause of your issues are, but I'm not high tech.

Yeppers. Same problem here, til I downloaded Pale Moon at the suggestion of another shopper here.

Works GREAT. It's by the same folks who bring us Firefox.
I use to have those issues all the time when my internet would drop out-everything was lost nowadays that is very rare but I did have that issue with Bare but only for 2 days

Software Engineering major chiming in. I can't think of any specific reason to chose Pale Moon over anything else, unless you want to customize it in a way that Edge or Chrome don't already allow. My understanding is that Pale Moon's main selling feature is its customization. It's not necessarily a better browser on its face. If something were working "better" in it than another browser, my first thought would be that the issue was actually related to cookies or cache, and was solved simply by starting with a clean slate.

Another important clarification, Pale Moon isn't made by the same people as Firefox. Rather, it's a "fork" of Firefox, meaning the developers of Pale Moon took an earlier version of Firefox (which is open-source, meaning its code is available to anyone who wants it) and customized it into what Pale Moon is now, rather than building a new web browser from the ground up. Pale Moon has no affiliation with Mozilla (Firefox developers)

All I know about tech, you could put on the head of a pin and leave room for angels to dance.

But I can tell you, Pale Moon allowed me to complete reports on SASSIE and PROPHET platforms that weren't working with Chrome, Firefox, or any other browser I had.

Same with Marketforce.

I know not why.
When I have had issues like this, it helped to try a different type of browser. No rhyme or reason as to why a browser decided to stop working when I know I had used that one in the past.
