A better question would be is where is the link in their email to sign the new IC agreement?

Haha! True 'dat! However, I just did get a second email asking me to confirm my email, and once I did that, I was taken to the page to accept the new ICA. So hang in there, you should get a second email soon as well, I would think.

I've written twice, their link isn't working and I cannot sign the new contract.....bah humbug.

Irene, did you get the second email asking to confirm your email? In the body of that email was a link that eventually gets you over to the new ICA. At least that's what happened with me.

They are probably bombarded with emails about this. I thought it was just me! No second email yet.

And what's with all the Xs in company names these days? What's wrong with just a name without all the extra acronyms that nobody knows what the letters mean?

Go to the site and sign in. They will send you a link. My link didn't work so I can't access my account. I emailed them but haven't heard back yet.

Same problem here. I’ve accepted their new terms but still can’t view shops. I posted this in the thread about NIM which I thought was the better thread to discuss this.

You need to actually open the terms, accept them as well as electronically sign them to make this work. I finally figured it out.

Hmm. But experience doesn't start with X, that's what the editors told me when they sent the report back. JK. Just seems silly to me.

Just a scrap of information for anyone who can use it. If you're having trouble try a different browser. After multiple fails I had to go to Opera to finally get this done. Some setting I have in Firefox was preventing the link from working.
