Hmmmm, Endora, the only insight I can provide is that this is an open internet forum and anyone with an internet connection can read what you wrote, not just mystery shoppers. Schedulers, editors, company owners, clients, and the general public can read it. The scheduler you are writing about does read here on the forum and I'm pretty sure she will know exactly who you are based on the detail you've provided about your situation, so if you truly think it does absolutely no good to anger her more, you may want to re-think your post......if I saw your post on an internet forum naming me, it would anger me. And, seeing your post, she may choose to share what she thinks of you - on this forum OR by communicating directly with other schedulers she knows and works with.
In any case, I would re-think the post anyway. It's fine to tell the story and ask advice, but when you add emotional things to it, like super passive-aggressive and immature, it makes your post sound unprofessional, and, well, super passive-aggressive and immature.; I'd try it with the facts only and no personal emotion and you might get some thoughts. Better yet, if it were me, I would delete my post and communicate directly with the scheduler if I ever wanted to work for the company again. If your objective is to never work for the company again and to slam the scheduler and the company in a very public way, I think you've met the objective.
