Trend Source is also a debt collection agency?

I just found Trend Source is also involved in debt collection.

You left off the word, inspections.

There's a big difference in being involved in debt collection, vs. providing inspection services for debt collectors.

so they inspect debt collectors? I hate 3rd party debt collectors. So can TrendSource turn your information over to debt collectors?

I did an inspection for them a few years ago. It was at a debt collector. I had to make sure their physical security features were updated because they hold people's personal information.

You have not read the contents of the link you provided correctly. They do "due diligence" of the debt collectors to make sure that the debt collectors are in compliance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act. That does not in any way make Trend Source a debt collector. Are they "involved" with debt collectors/ Yes, they report on whether debt collectors are following the law. But Trend Source does not do debt collections.

I know that. I've just had bad experiences with debt collectors not following the laws. Trying to scam me.
