Alta 360 helpdesk email.

Can anyone tell me the Alta 360 helpdesk email.

I did 2 shops which are now in "hold fee" status. I did these two shops exactly how they wanted it (I have done a couple more of these shops without issues) and have yet to get an explanation on the status. No email yet for more information etc.

Does anyone know the email for the helpdesk. I really want to know what is wrong with them and why they are not approved.

For me, I always get an email from an editor requesting whatever it is that needs clarification.
I know exactly what shop you are talking about. Susie had to make some changes to the form. Mine were on "hold fee" this morning as well. I had emailed her and she did not respond, so I called and talked to someone else who put me on hold and asked her. She said she was working on it. Don't worry, we will get paid.
That was what I thought was weird. I did the shops nearly 2 weeks ago and they were pending as of yesterday, but this morning they were placed on hold. I never got anything from any editors asking for clarification so it worried me. Not worried now, though.
