Just did my first job for them.I did not hear anything back from them and its been 2 days so I guess I did ok.My question is do they rate you? If so where do you find your rating.It says on there website my survey is ok to pay.

Then you're good. OK to pay means the shop has been reviewed and accepted. And no, they don't rate you. Or if they do, they don't tell you.

Ipsos does rate shoppers, but they keep that to themselves. I saw my rating a time or two.
